Here are some more resources that you may find useful. We will continue to add more as we find them, so check back often.

Most of these sites were created by parents of kids with emotional, behavioral, mental health, or other special needs.

Washington Dads (WADADS) An all Dads group that supports other dads and male cergivers across the state of Washington. They provide training, annual retreats, and work with many different agencies and providers to increase awareness of our kids with emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns.



Asperger's and PDD A site written by the parents of a child with Asperger's and PDD. Learn of their struggles, setbacks, and successful outcomes as a result of their constant fight for services for their special needs child.



Today's Mommy Baby Toddler Guide Practical real life parenting advice and resources for parents of babies and toddlers. The resources on this site have been chosen or written by a nationally board certified pediatric occupational therapist,inventor/product designer and working mother. The suggestions and advice are simple to understand and easy to apply.



Dance to Health Your Special Needs Child Dance to Health is devoted to all aspects of dance and especially dance and movement therapy for children with learning and/or physical problems.The emphasize is on the health, creative and spiritual aspects of dance as a therapy.



Down Syndrome Kids Info Specifically for families of children with Down Syndrome, learn where to find great books and toys, educational materials, and Autism information. We also provide articles on sensory integration, health, toys and play, networking with other parents, book reviews, and a free newsletter.
