In Spokane on Saturday, May 10th families will gather to celebrate and raise awareness around children's mental health.  The event takes place from 1-3p.m. at Riverfront Park's Northbank Shelter.  An awareness walk, a proclamation from the mayor, guest speakers, food, games, music, and resource materials will all be available.  If the weather is poor the event will be moved to River Park Square's 3rd floor Kress Art Gallery.  The public is welcome.  The event is being sponsored by NAMI, Passages Family Support, SAFE Washington, and Youth 'N Action.
