An Introduction to SAFE WA

Presenting Organization: SAFE WA

Target Audience: Parents, Caregivers, Service Providers, and Youth

Description: This training is designed as an overview of SAFE WA, to include the history of, description of services provided, and frequently asked questions.

This is a great training for the following:

  • A parent or caregiver who has just received a diagnosis for you child, and are unsure about the next steps to take
  • You are a service provider, and what to learn more about how we empower and support families
  • You or your group is considering becoming a network member of SAFE WA
  • And for legislators and policy makers who want/need to learn more about how to effectively contribute to the work of SAFE WA

Length of training: 2 to 3 hours, depending on the number of questions asked.
