About SAFE WA

SAFE WA is a network of family organizations focused on supporting parents and caregivers raising children with emotional, behavioral, or mental disorders. We also have a youth program, Youth 'N Action, serving youth affected by mental illness ages 14-24. SAFE WA assists organizations in sustaining, strengthening and expanding their local networks. SAFE WA fosters partnerships with child-serving systems to increase the common voice of parents and caregivers in all child-serving systems and provides various types of trainings. Individual organizations belonging to SAFE WA provide various types of support, information, and training to families. For more information, call SAFE WA or the family organization in your area.
